Aron is the founder and CEO of Foresight Strategic Partners. Over the past twenty-two years he has successfully managed separate account portfolios for high-net-worth families. Previously, he was a partner at Chapman and Cutler in the area of pension law for thirteen years. He received his BA from Yale College (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) and his J.D. from Harvard University.
Aron served as President of the Ark in Chicago and for the past decade has been an officer of the Associated Talmud Torahs of Chicago.

Doree Zeitlin is an integral member of the Foresight Team. Over the last 17 years she has coordinated the office's administration. Her primary role has been the collection and organization of fundamental company research. In addition, she addresses a myriad of issues related to the opening and servicing of client accounts. Doree received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She also interned at the Chicago Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Ari Schaffel is a senior analyst that has been working with Aron Routman for over 7 years. He assists in researching and analyzing the broad market, economic conditions and individual securities. He also builds tools that increase the efficiency of the stock research process as well as portfolio management and backtesting.

Yair joined Foresight Strategic Partners in late 2020, bringing over 6 years of experience with equity analysis and portfolio management. He is responsible for business development and business growth strategies. Independent from Foresight, Yair manages a small cap growth portfolio and offers traditional portfolio management. Prior to joining FSP, Yair was the founder and CEO of a transportation company,  growing revenue by 137% annually. Yair was also a managing partner in a real estate company specializing in home foreclosures. Yair is a Level III CFA candidate and a Series 65 license holder.

We start by understanding each client's long-term goals and needs.

We then tailor a portfolio designed to meet these goals. Clients have separately managed accounts which are established at Interactive Brokers, an independent custodian which consistently ranks among the best discount brokerage firms.

Clients can access their accounts at any time. We are primarily investors with a time frame of at least two years.

Our investment decisions are made based on analysis of fundamental research.

Our strategy is to identify opportunities to invest in companies that are trading at a significant discount to their fair market value.

We also employ a variety of tools to manage risk.
